cat.board is an illustrator and founded Visaje to offer their and their fellow’s arts and crafts. 

They has been drawing cats in all kinds of situations and adventures for more than a decade and sharing them with the world. Growing up below the Texan sun -Austin’s- and the Colombian breeze -Medellín’s- and their art takes place in a in-between city with mixed references. Check out their social media here. 

Visaje comes from the streets of Colombia. It is a slang word that can have various meanings. Here we highlight its primary meaning: to stand out. In this space, it is the ability to share art without fear or restrictions, with pride in authentic expressions. Let's be clear, it is not always easy, but here we celebrate the decision to do it no matter what. 

In Colombia, it is common to hear the expression "dar visaje," giving 'visaje', or translated into US slang: showing off. But Visaje, more than a catchy word, is like that one feedback you can get when sharing art: people could see you as a 'visajosx' -showy- or people be willing too see through your honest intentions.
